Position Title: Manager of University Office

Department: University Office

Report to: Director of University Office

Position Description

The incumbent will be mainly responsible for assisting Director of University Office in managing office work, organizing important meetings and school events, coordinating school legal affairs and dealing with complaints. S/he shall work as a coordinator among school departments and contact point between the university and external legal firms.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Assist Director of University's Office with comprehensive coordination among school departments and internal regulations establishment & management.

·Responsible for the arrangement and coordination of important meetings and events, and reception of visitors.

·Responsible for drafting documents in accordance with the instructions of superior.

·Responsible for the coordination of legal affairs of the university, being a contact point with external legal firms to provide legal consulting and review of contracts and legal documents for school departments.

·Assist in dealing with complaints and solving related problems and reporting in the process.

·Complete other tasks assigned by the Director of University's Office.

Requirements

·Master degree from an internationally recognized university.

·Above 3 years’ full-time related administrative working experience in institutions.

·Preferably with legal education background.

Required Job Competencies.

·Good command of written and verbal expression skills in both Chinese and English.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English, able to work in an international environment.

·Strong sense of responsibility.

·Good command of Microsoft Office Software, such as PowerPoint and Excel.
