Job Details:
1. Propose and implement legal solutions in respect of dispute investments and assets in a wide range of industries;
2. Take appointment of offshore liquidators and receivers to undertake commercial and legal investigations into PRC enterprises and facilitate necessary restructuring or refinancing;
3. Establish and implement recovery and restructuring plans for onshore and offshore banks in relation to their non - performance loans;
4. Provide strong and proactive legal support on commercial, financing and corporate transactions;
5. Conduct legal research and provide legal opinion for projects issues;
6. Draft and revise agreements and legal documents;
7. Provide other legal support as may be required.

Qualifications:
1. Candidate must have a Degree and Major in Law;
2. 1-4 years working experiences in relevant legal or law institutions are preferred (outstanding graduates are also considerable); 
3. Familiar with corporate, bankruptcy, restructuring or M&A legal issues;
4. Ability to conduct legal research; 
5. PRC Bar license will be an added advantage;
6. Good literacy in Mandarin & English;
