Import Responsibilities :
1. Work with S&OP to place the PO timely and following PO arrival status;
2. Process daily imported orders and meet customer requirement;
3. Ensure imported process align with CICL import& export guideline ;
4. Manage import brokers to comply with Cargill policy and meet our business need, evaluate broker proformance by monthly;
5. Assist on finance dept to minimize foreign exchange risk;
6. Offer the payment to finance dept in time and follow the payment status until paid;

Sales Order Responsibilities:
1. Apply to create new customer in ERP system after collect customer’s certifications;
2. Assist finance and commercial team to maintain the customer’s credit limited and annual review;
3. Customer contract entry and management;
4. Maintain the mini-price and customer related information if any change;
5. Sales orders processing in the ERP system within one working day, specify customer’s request on the order if need ;
6. Apply the additional approval for sales orders as company polices,such as below min-price, below mini-order qty and etc;
