Operation support

主要职责:

1.负责处理企业客户的日常人民币及外币汇款、结售汇、理财、跨境人民币、票据业务、贸易融资等业务；

2.完成银监局、人民银行、外汇管理局等监督机构及本银行内部的各项报表；

3.熟悉各类监管部门发布的相关政策，熟练解答客户业务咨询；

4.与分行其他部门合作，协调解决各种需求；

5.其他银行安排的工作。

岗位要求:

1.在工作及与同事的沟通、交往过程中保持最高程度的诚信和正直；

2.具备优秀的团队合作精神和优秀的沟通与人际技能；

3.具有为客户服务的精神并体现在日常业务活动中；

4.对银行相关的产品和服务有足够的认识；

5.具有全面履行各项岗位职责的相应工作能力；

6.本科以上学历，至少三年相关工作经验。
